Information used by our games

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. You can remove local information by clearing the game’s app data; device backup and restore may affect whether it is restored later.

Our games use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand gameplay and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems. These services process:

  • App interactions and gameplay events, such as sessions and level activity.
  • App and device information, such as app version, operating system and device model.
  • App-instance or installation identifiers.
  • Crash reports, error logs and diagnostic information.
  • Approximate location inferred from network information such as an IP address. This is not precise GPS location.

We use this information to understand game usage, improve gameplay and investigate stability or performance issues. Google processes information through these services. See Firebase’s privacy and security documentation and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising measurement

For Car Driving Games Simulator, Google Analytics is also connected to Google Ads with advertising personalization enabled. Analytics information may be used through that connection for advertising measurement and personalization. This connection does not itself mean advertisements are displayed inside the game.

You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. We will update this policy and applicable Google Play disclosures if our games’ data practices change.

Information you send us

In Muscle Car Drift Simulator 3D, you can choose to save an in-game screenshot to your device’s gallery or share it through Android’s sharing interface. Saving on older Android versions may require storage permission. Sharing sends the selected content to the app or recipient you choose.

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you include. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate the issue you report. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information.

If you choose to open an external link or share content through another app, the destination service processes the information you choose to send under its own privacy policy.

This website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not embed advertising, analytics scripts, external fonts or social-media trackers. GitHub may process technical information, including your IP address, to deliver and secure the website. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement.

Following a Google Play or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to our Google service settings and the services’ documented retention practices. Support correspondence is kept as needed to respond to requests, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations.

We use access controls to protect information. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Google’s services may process information on servers outside your country, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can stop further collection by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling does not automatically delete analytics or crash information already transmitted.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, email zekgamesfeedback@gmail.com with the game name and a description of your request. We may need information to verify the request and identify relevant records. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in your initial email.

We will assess your request under applicable law and explain any limits, including where information cannot be associated with you. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Children’s privacy

We do not ask children to send us personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, contact zekgamesfeedback@gmail.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our games or data practices change. The updated policy will be published at this address with a revised date.

For questions about this policy or our data practices, contact ZEK Games at zekgamesfeedback@gmail.com.
